My principles: professionalism, honesty, trust and work done well

Why these four principles

Buying or renting a home is one of the most important decisions in life, and it is almost always made facing professionals who work for the other side: the agency is paid by the seller, and the seller wants the best possible price. My job is to be on your side, and for that I follow four principles I do not compromise on: professionalism, honesty, trust and work done well.

I have been practising as a lawyer for more than fifteen years and I have also known the property sector from the inside. That experience has taught me that what really protects a client is not just knowing the law, but the way you work.

Professionalism

Being professional means knowing the subject thoroughly and applying it rigorously in every transaction. Before you sign anything I review the land registry extract, the charges, the planning status, the deposit or rental contract and any document that could hide a problem.

It also means replying on time, explaining things clearly and without unnecessary jargon, and treating your case with the same seriousness whether it is a studio to rent or the purchase of your forever home.

Honesty

I will always tell you what I think, even if it is not what you want to hear. If a home has a serious problem, you will know before you commit. If a transaction is not right for you, I will tell you even if that means it does not go ahead.

Honesty also means being clear about my fees from day one: you will know how much my work costs before we start, with no surprises. And I take no commissions from sellers, developers or agencies: I only work for you.

Trust

Trust is not asked for, it is earned. I earn it by being available when you need me, doing what I say and keeping you informed at every step, from the first viewing to signing before the notary.

Anyone who hires me should be able to sleep soundly knowing that someone is checking every detail and defending their interests, not the other side's. Everything you tell me is protected by professional secrecy.

Work done well

In the end, what counts is the result: that you buy or rent with no surprises, with a contract that protects you and at the best possible price. I am not satisfied with just ticking the boxes. I review, check and check again, because a detail overlooked today can cost you a lot of money tomorrow.

If these are the principles you are looking for in someone to support you in buying or renting your home, the first consultation is free. Tell me about your case and I will tell you frankly how I can help.
